Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between SEK Online Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and any client or visitor ("you") who uses this website or engages us for services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
SEK Online Services LLC is a search engine optimization (SEO) and web development agency. You can reach us at contact@sekonlineservices.com or +1 212-518-8702. Our business address is 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59601, United States.
2. Our services
We provide SEO and web development services, which may include strategy, technical optimization, content, website design and build, and related consulting. Information on this website describes our services in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of specific outcomes. SEO results in particular depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, and your market.
3. Engagements and proposals
Each engagement is defined by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or order ("Agreement") that sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline. Where an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Fees, quotes, and billing
- Fees are stated in your proposal or invoice. Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout or on the invoice and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins. Ongoing or retainer services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled in line with Section 9.
- Invoices are due by the date shown. We may pause work or withhold deliverables on overdue accounts.
5. Payments and payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and agree to Stripe's terms. We do not collect or store your full card details; that information is handled by Stripe. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access, content, or materials we reasonably request. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and costs. You are responsible for the legality of any content, data, or instructions you provide to us.
8. Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a deliverable, ownership of the final work product created specifically for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and any third-party or licensed components, which remain owned by us or their respective owners and are licensed to you only as needed to use the deliverable. All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of SEK Online Services LLC or its licensors. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.
9. Term and termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable Agreement and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. On termination, you agree to pay for all work performed and costs incurred up to the effective date.
10. Warranties and disclaimer
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform the engagement.
13. Third-party services and links
We may use or link to third-party platforms and tools. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Montana will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
