Where can I download HotPlayer?
On Roku, the Microsoft Store and the Apple App Store, install it directly from the store (links above). On Fire TV Stick and Android TV you install the APK — via Direct download (apk.hotplayer.app), the Downloader app (code 395800), ApkPure, Aptoide, or Huawei AppGallery. See the “Install the HotPlayer APK” section above.
Does HotPlayer include channels or a playlist?
No. HotPlayer is a pure media player — it does not include any channels or content. You supply your own playlist (M3U / Xtream). The license simply activates the app on your device.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. This is a one-time activation that lasts 1 year for your device. There’s no recurring charge from us.
How do I find my MAC address?
Open the HotPlayer app on your TV/device and go to the Activation screen — your MAC address is shown there (it looks like GN:19:A1:CD:B5:D6). You’ll enter it on the checkout page.
How long until my device is activated?
We activate your MAC address within 24 hours of payment (usually much sooner). You’ll get a confirmation by email.
What happens if I upload a wrong M3U list / link?
If the list isn’t working, the app shows a message on your TV letting you know — just upload a valid list.
