SEK Online Services LLC is an authorized reseller of HotPlayer license activations. HotPlayer is a media-player application developed and published by STE DIGI VIBES.
2. Information we collect
To process your order and activate your device, we collect only what we need:
- Device MAC address: used to activate HotPlayer on your device.
- Email address: used to send your activation confirmation and provide support.
- Device type (optional): used to help us assist you faster.
- Order details: date, amount and a payment reference.
Your payment card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use your information
- To process your payment and activate your license.
- To send your activation confirmation and order-related emails.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds.
- To keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe: to process your payment securely, under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
- HotPlayer / STE DIGI VIBES: your MAC address is sent to activate the license on your device.
- We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information only if required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your order and activation records for as long as needed to provide the service, support you and meet legal and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept until your request is resolved.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@sekonlineservices.com. Please note that deleting activation data may remove your device’s authorization.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies necessary for checkout to function. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
